These maps are functional integrations, utilizing a best-practice design with

(where possible) only "out of the box" fields for each system, to reduce customization

requirements, save time and provide you a baseline to build from.

2) Source and Target connections created, tested and active

3) Where applicable, custom fields added as defined in the template

Purchase includes only the deployment of an integration to your TCI organization.  Technical support

is not included for our templates.  Additional consulting can be purchased to assist with additional

setup, testing, troubleshooting or customization for your unique requirements.

CRM / NAV Integrations

Accounts (to NAV):  Modified Active CRM Accounts with NAV Customers and Company Contacts.  Creates or updates a matching Customer Card or Company Contact

Optional:  Include custom CRM ID field in NAV for reference

Customers (to CRM):  Modified NAV Customers to CRM Accounts.  Creates the CRM Account if new, or updates an existing CRM Account

Company Contacts (to CRM):  Modified NAV Company Contacts to CRM Accounts.  Creates the CRM Account if new, or updates an existing CRM Account

Contacts (to NAV):  Modified Active CRM Contacts with NAV Person Contacts.  Includes creates or updates, and association with parent Customer or Company Contact

 

Person Contacts (to CRM):  Modified NAV Person Contacts to CRM Contacts.  Creates

the CRM Contact if new, or updates an existing CRM Contact. 

Optional:  Updates the CRM Account if primary contact

Products (to CRM):  NAV Item Cards to CRM Products, including association to a default Unit Group, Unit of Measure and Product Price Level

Fixed Assets (to CRM):  NAV Fixed Asset Cards to CRM Products, including association

to a default Unit Group, Unit of Measure and Product Price Level

Quotes (to CRM):  NAV Quotes to CRM Opportunities.  Includes creates or updates,

and association with parent Account, and Sales Lines to Opportunity Products

Optional:  Closed Quotes to CRM Opportunities, update status and mark related tasks

as Completed

Orders (to CRM):  NAV Orders to CRM Sales Orders.  Includes creates or updates, and association with parent Account, and Sales Lines to Order Products

SFDC / NAV Integrations

Accounts (to NAV):  Modified SFDC Accounts with NAV Customers and Company Contacts.  Includes creates and updates, to either the matching Customer Card or Company Contact

Optional:  Include custom SFDC ID field in NAV for reference

Customers (to SFDC):  Modified NAV Customers to SFDC Accounts.  Creates the SFDC Account if new, or updates an existing SFDC Account

Items (to SFDC):  NAV Item Cards and PriceBooks to SFDC Products and PriceBooks, including Price Level Entry

Quotes (to NAV):  Modified SFDC Quotes to NAV Sales Orders.  Creates the NAV

Sales Order lines if new, or updates existing Sales Lines

Orders (to SFDC):  Modified NAV Sales Orders to SFDC Orders and order Items.  Creates

the SFDC Order or updates if existing

Shipments (to SFDC):  Modified NAV Posted Shipments to SFDC Orders.  Updates the SFDC Order and Lines with NAV Shipping information

Invoices (to SFDC):  Modified NAV Posted Invoices to SFDC Orders.  Updates the SFDC Order to status of Invoiced

 

Hubspot / CRM Integrations

Accounts (to HubSpot):  Modified Active CRM Accounts to HubSpot Companies. 

Creates the HubSpot Company if new, or updates an existing HubSpot Company

Requirements:  Custom field in CRM for HubSpot ID

Accounts (to CRM): Modified HubSpot Companies to CRM Accounts.  Creates CRM Account if new, otherwise updates existing Account

Requirements:  Custom field in CRM for HubSpot ID

 

Contacts (to HubSpot):  Modified Active CRM Contacts to HubSpot Contacts.  Creates

the HubSpot Contact if new, or updates an existing HubSpot Contact

 

Leads (to HubSpot):  Modified Active CRM Leads to HubSpot Contacts.  Creates the HubSpot Contact if new, or updates an existing HubSpot Contact

Optional:  Doesn't duplicate if Lead already exists as a Contact
