CRM / NAV Integrations
Accounts (to NAV): Modified Active CRM Accounts with NAV Customers and Company Contacts. Creates or updates a matching Customer Card or Company Contact
Optional: Include custom CRM ID field in NAV for reference
Customers (to CRM): Modified NAV Customers to CRM Accounts. Creates the CRM Account if new, or updates an existing CRM Account
Company Contacts (to CRM): Modified NAV Company Contacts to CRM Accounts. Creates the CRM Account if new, or updates an existing CRM Account
Contacts (to NAV): Modified Active CRM Contacts with NAV Person Contacts. Includes creates or updates, and association with parent Customer or Company Contact
